Manage all administrative activities, communicate job expectations and evaluate job performances of the team members. Also, coach, counsel and ensure implementation of policies and procedures within the department.
Ensure that a secure environment is maintained at all times within and outside the office premises by managing and deploying adequate security manpower for the facility. Also, ensuring CCTV cameras are being monitored at all times and follow up regarding any malfunction with the relevant department.
Investigate any incident that may be impacting the security and/or safety of the environment, conduct emergency drills and manage crises in the event of emergency.
Ensure that error free worker’s attendance, overtime data and leave records are being maintained and provide relevant data to the payroll function for salary/wage processing.
Foster a positive working environment for the workers within the factory premises, establish trust and credibility amongst the workers through effective labor relations and engagement practices and maintain strong industrial relations.
Fulfill all statutory requirements applicable to employees and ensure compliance with all Government laws.
Manage medical insurance of all worker and employees and ensure that all staff members are registered under Group Life insurance policy of the Company.
Strive for an overall effectiveness in complying with all of the businesss practices, protocols and established standards for achieving green zone in the internal and external audit.
Ensure timely payment to all utility companies and relevant government departments (SESSI/ /EOBI etc.) and share mandatory reports, statutory returns and give prompt response to any queries that may be raised by them to ensure that company’s interest is protected at all times.
Resolve any issues related to licenses, permits, industrial documentation and provide assistance in inspection related to the factory.
Manage company staff’s travel requirements and fleet management activities, ensuring judicious use as per Company policy and procedures.
Manage provision of adequate human resource /labor as per need of the business.
Plan the front desk (reception) schedules and activities.
Assist GM Admin, HSE in various projects and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence as and when required.
Ensure that employee information is up-to-date and the database is well maintained and personnel files and data is protected and secured.
Assist GM Admin and HSE in compiling data for annual departmental budget and monitor actual expenses incurred against approved budget.
