  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Responsible for smooth employee on-boarding and coordination with different stakeholders for the provision of related deliverables.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR Provide counseling on policies and procedure
  • Monitors and analyzes employee service processes on a periodic basis to identify and remove bottlenecks to consistently improve the employee experience.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee issues and grievances in a professional manner.
  • To ensure all employees conduct themselves in accordance with the companys code of conduct.
  • Responsible for handling day-to-day queries related to HR and acting as a functional bridge between HR and other Departments.
  • Ensure reporting and implementation of the attendance management system.
  • Managing employee master data for smooth payroll and other benefits processing
  • Responsible for any special projects assigned by the line manager.
